Health & Safety Policy:
Mobicoat Com.
Ltd. is convinced that people are its most valuable asset. In all its
operations, the Company undertakes all its operations in a way that health and
safety are never compromised, and full protection of personnel health and
safety, loss of or damage to property is avoided. The Company Chairman is in
charge of Health and Safety at MOBICOAT. The Health and Safety Management
Committee is tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the Health and Safety
in the Company under the Health and Safety Management System of the Company; as
such, the Health and Safety Committee meets at specific intervals. The Health
and Safety Committee will formulate, and put in place, keep, and continually
enhance health and safety processes and safe work practices in all operations. Each
employee has the responsibility of ensuring that they support the success of
the health and safety goals of the Company by ensuring that they follow the
safety procedures and safety requirements during the execution of their duties.
It is the responsibility of any employee who notices a possibility of a hazard
or risk to the personnel's health or safety to report it to his or her line
management, who can raise the issue to the Health and Safety Committee as he or
she deems necessary. Although the statutory requirements involve the
collaboration of everyone, it is the individual responsibility of every person
to provide a safe work environment, design, and installations that are
constructed safely. This Health and Safety Policy will be effective when all
the personnel of MOBICOAT participate, commit, and cooperate actively, ensuring
they collaborate.
Environmental Policy:
Mobicoat is
determined to operate its business in compliance with the ISO standards of
Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems, in a fashion
that ensures the safety and safeguarding of the environment. To meet this
promise, MOBICOAT uses the following principles in its operations and offices
in Thailand:
• Adherence to
all the relevant national and local environmental laws, regulations, and
requirements.
• A regular analysis of quantifiable
environmental goals and targets to facilitate the process of continuous
improvement and prevent environmental degradation.
• Standards and procedures in line with this
policy have to be implemented and maintained. Ongoing control of environmental
performance using established objectives.
• Enactment of
this policy to all the employees and advising them to participate actively.
The success of this Environmental Policy
depends on the complete collaboration and support of all the Mobicoat staff.
